The "Virtual PTZ" facility allows one to virtually PTZ into content, which would be great for greenscreen-based productions. Unfortunately, the "Virtual PTZ" functionaloty works only on main content (layer 0). As for a greenscreen-based production you have to place a background behind your camera, you result in layers and this way prevents you from being able to use the "Virtual PTZ" functionality and longer.
Workaround: Use a VirtualSet and its Pan/Zoom functionality instead.
Recommendation: Allow "Virtual PTZ" to work on all layers (0, 1...10) instead of just the main layer (0).
Vendor Response: "This is by design as the Virtual PTZ feature is only meant to zoom into that layer of the image.
For example, if you had a corner bug, it is meant to stay in the same location."
