World truths #13

Adding the text of the core Ironsworn book world truths section. One thing you should be aware of is that I did some manual fixing of punctuation marks. Converting the curly quotes into escaped straight ones shouldn't be too controversial, but the en- and em-dashes didn't copy/paste right, so I adjusted them, and it may not fit the style of the rest of the data. Let me know what you think.

thanks for the PR! in the interest of making this readily available i'll just merge it as-is. i can't recall if i ever really got around to standardizing the typography in Datasworn (it's been a while since i did the data entry for it), and obviously there wasn't much of a json format in place for it either. my plan is revisit both of those when i give datasworn a pass to make it compatible with Dataforged's formatting (SF takes the lead there largely because it has so much content that structuring it sensibly becomes more important).
