cat --length=0 errors on FAT32 #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make folder \FRED on NTFS USB drive
2.
debug 1
errorcheck on
cat --length=0 /FRED
ls /

repeat test on FAT32 USB drive

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

On NTFS drive it works OK
On FAT32 drive you get error message and stops

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.5c  2014
