Request - show menu markers if more menu items are available #197

What steps will reproduce the problem?

See image

If there are items above current menu then  up-arrow symbol is shown at top.
if there are more items below current menu then a down-arrow is shown at bottom.

If we are using a new location for the  >  highlight arrow symbol - can we also 
add character symbols for these two symbols?

Please provide any additional information below.

This is just a 'nice to have' feature and not 'needed'!
