This is caused by the intermediary CA cert used by python.org is not referenced in core/cacerts versions 2020.01.01 and 2021.07.05

Someone at Chef have found the underlying issue and proposed a fix for openssl11: https://github.com/habitat-sh/core-plans/pull/4034

I might just need to wait for merge/promote, and depend on core/openssl11 instead of core/openssl :tada:

https://github.com/habitat-sh/core-plans/pull/4045 is the final PR, and has been merged.

This should now work, with a rebuild starting from rsertelon/boost.

Using core/python seems to make the libtorrent lib invisible to deluge. Need to look into that a bit more.

core/python is at version 3.9.x, whereas we had 3.7.x in rsertelon/python thus some things have to be changed, other than the package origin.

All done!
