dovecot[2991]: master: Fatal: Dovecot is already running with PID 2398 (read from /hab/pkgs/rsertelon/dovecot/2.3.18/20220216221133/var/run/dovecot/master.pid)

It should be in /hab/svc/dovecot/… instead.
