Manager Profile view/view controller and editing profile #12

Manager should have a profile view of their restaurants with... -restaurant photo -restaurant name -restaurant category -manager name -button to update/edit waiter list -button to update/edit menu list

Add edit button for restaurant names and category and price and location for just profile view
