Add Ability to Rate Rooms based on noise level #17

This could be done by adding a noise sensor to the circuit

Interesting idea. Noise levels recorded by hardware may be impacted by the location & housing in which the hardware is mounted. May need to 'tune' each hardware installation to ensure a sound of a known volume / pitch is registered the same way on all installations.
