Create a (Swing) UI for the Application.

Created a Swing UI based on the Spring Layout, with a Main Menu and a "Application Panel". Most back-end features/operations have a front-end now.

Change Suggestions:

add a tabbed pane to switch between classified samples and 'variable' samples, allow to move samples back and forth those groups
add an information button next to the (variable) samples to find out more about where they were classified
add a bottom footer, which contains some interesting numbers:
- Dictionary Size
- Sample Count (Fixed / Variable)
- Class Count
- RAM Usage
