fix issue with stale upnp mappings by encoding hashes of machine & user+app in the description #21

currently stale upnp port mappings can occur when using tcmportmapper in 
certain situations. to 
improve on that this idea is present:
- make the first part of the description a hash of the machine
- the second part a hash of the user & appname
- then append some user readable stuff so we can now more about mappings which 
might be stale
