What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up a "WDS" network with an Airport Extreme (cone-shaped) as the
base station and an Airport Express repeating its signal.
2. Make sure the NET Port Mapping Protocol is enabled on the Airport
Extreme. Note that the Airport Express does not show the "Internet" tab
when in WDS Remote mode.
3. Connect your mac to the Airport Express.
4. Launch Port Map.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to map ports on the Airport Extreme. Instead, Port Map
tells me I have an incompatible router.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Intel
or PPC?
PortMap 1.3.1 (46) on Intel Macbook (Core Duo), Snow Leopard v10.6.2
build 10C540.
What model and manufacturer is your Router?
Airport Extreme (cone-shaped) and Airport Express (pre-N)
