Wait longer after system sleep before complaining

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sleep computer with Port Map running 
2. wake computer
3. sometimes, PM will not find the router fast enough (en1 not up yet?) and 
complain about not 
finding a UPNP device. (Typo in that error: "none Apple" should be "non-Apple")
4. dismiss message and retry. PM finds the router.

Instead, wait a little longer after system sleep before throwing an error. (Or 
do it silently?)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Intel or 
PPC?
1.0, Intel Mac Pro

What model and manufacturer is your Router?
DD-WRT
