Created a new property for the file called XMLMode. Contains 2 different modes OVERWRITE (default) which acts like before and MERGE, which is trying to merge the XML files.
Feature is only applied to the custom code templates, assuming a template is defined by name and context.
Enhanced the UI of the preferences recorder to able to choose the option.
