Nodes-Talking Admin Does not Allow login #19

With a fresh install of the Nodes-Admin server it is not possible to login. Need to add info to the Mongo database that will be part of the install and provide a default user.

@rsiewert and I identified that a while back, I believe he had a solution for it, by ensuring the exchange on publish each time.
