Deployment number should be a variable #3

The deployment number (e.g. 0007) should be variable so that deployments can be aggregated, but still extracted easily. The deployment number should be a subset variable so that the deployment appears on a dropdown list.

Will add deployment to the description so that deployment number is subsettable and aggretatable (if those are actual words)
