Test 4.8.1.b prevents automated execution of the testsuite in Firefox #503

When the tests are run in Firefox, 4.8.1.b invokes a javascript alert that 
prevents Selenium from continuing. I've disabled that test in r2873, pending 
the proper resolution of this bug.
