Implement output[@class="geolocation"] #506

If the attribute @appearance="map" is specified on an output control, it 
should display as a map. The map should then be centred on the location 
identified by the bound datum, whether that be a combined longitude and 
latitude, a place name, a zip/postal code, an address or whatever.

Regression test for this issue was added in r2879.

Updated bug summary according to off-list discussion with Mark B; 
@class="geolocation" 
is now preferred to @appearance="map".
