Problem was introduced when DELETE submissions were moved out to the main 
Ubiquity 
library in r2811. When equivalent work was done for GET and PUT, the unit tests 
were 
just removed (that library has its own suite of unit tests), so I've done the 
same here 
to resolve the problem (changes are in at r2894).
