Detect if the user has iCloud enabled! If not, work just locally. Also needed to handle temporary iCloud unavailability, e.g. Airplain mode.

Basic detection present, can be improved with iOS 6 (e.g. NSUbiquityIdentityDidChangeNotification). See #16, #18.
