DeletionLog in DB

• has to be in DB
• for synchro
• keeping track of deleted entities (since last synchro?)

Attrs:

• dateModified
• list of IDs of deleted entities (Notes/Tags/Attachments)

For 1st release enough to just have it defined in DB, no need to use it. Just to avoid changes in DB later.

Removing from 1st release: only iCloud will be supported, no need for manual synchro
