Data vault view insert #14

Data Vault PR

Implements Datavault on networks that have configuration

Athunticated Component and Navigation

Create an authenticated component that contains the header and active screen
Uses useState and constants for navigation since there are only 2 authenticated screens. This may expand to use a navigation router in the future
Moved header & navigation components & tests into /authenticated folder since they won't be exportable

data vault integration

On Login, pinner is created with the provider and saved into context
pinner connects to the datavault and gets all keys then gets content for each key, storing data in redux
Insert data to the datavault with client.create
Creates visual components for DataVault, including CSS additions, and loading component

not as large as it seems

Regarding the number of files changed, here are the non-JS files:
