DavaVault Fixes

Update the data vault endpoint
add "homepage" back using "." as the path. Reference: https://create-react-app.dev/docs/deployment/#serving-the-same-build-from-different-paths
fix Metamask. was: new AsymmetricEncryptionManager(provider), now it is new AsymmetricEncryptionManager.fromWeb3Provider(provider). Also refactors the code for better readability.
