Hello everyone 👋

In a nod to one of our newest team members (@​michaeljohnbennett) this week's release is named after a traditional Scottish dessert, similar to that of a trifle. It's made with "cream and fresh seasonal raspberries [and] is bolstered by Scottish oats and whisky". We're sold!

Onto the release. This week, along with several bug fixes, dependency updates, and internal tweaks, we have a few delectable enhancements including a new truffle config list command from regular contributor, @​MrGrizz. In addition, when using Truffle Contract, you can now specify access lists and explicitly specify transaction type; your access lists can even use ENS names. Last but not least, we've added ways to see more source context and disassembly context in the debugger, which now also has support for Vyper 0.3.1.
