refactor: add RIF rebrand REM-29

REM-29

• Added Sora as main font.
• Changed color schemed to the suggested on this guidelines for RIF Rebrand.
• Changed old RNS logos for RIF new ones.
• Added qa-workflow, that uses .env.production please double check addresses I got from devPortal.

To run it locally use node version 12 to install dependencies, then yarn start:mainnet.
