I think the Anonymous User option on Me page doesn't make sense. We have RNS name, we have Wallets name. So What this the reason to have this Anonymous user name option on Me page?

That is a legacy for a feature that didn't get to implement. We planned to create an Address Book so you can keep record of your recipients. And that selfie is for you, the owner of your wallet.
