S0001, S0025: Add information regarding J2735 #109

Should SPaT, TTR, GLOSA and J2735 be mentioned in status S0025?

S0025: Can be used with S0001 to construct a SPaT message according to J2735. Provides the necessary data for TTR (Time to green) and GLOSA (Green Light Optimal Speed Advisory).

S0001:

In combination with S0025 it can also be used to construct a SPaT message according to J2735.

Maybe, but I'm not sure if it is worth the extra work. The SpAT message contain other information which is dependent on MAP data, so any attempt to make a dedicated SpAT equivalent in the SXL will still not be 1:1 to SPaT in J2735.
