SXL documentation: typo in json example of M0019 #136

On page 'RSMP Signal Exchange List for Traffic Light Controllers (1.0.15)' I discovered a typo in chapter 6.3.18 M0019 Force input. The value of 'cCI' in Command Request and Command Response should be M0019 instead of M0018.
