S0091 and S0092 [nobody] is confusing #94

The options for the 'user' argument is described as a list [username],[nobody], but this seems confusing.

The username can vary, but "nobody" is a special constant?

replace 'nobody' with empty string

maybe reconsider 'username'. level instead? 0=nobody logged in

there are no username, so we're removing it.
