We could turn the various converters into a single command line tool. It's relatively easy to do wuth ruby and the Thor gem, like it's done in the rsmp gem.

But is it needed?

This would imply turning it into a gem as well

or we could absorb the converters into the rsmp gem, and just build on the Thor-based CLI already there
