Stuck on loading screen #388

I'm stuck on the loading screen and if something changes after a while it just shows the blank white screen. I've tried quitting, force quitting, restarting and reinstalling. Nothin works so far. I'm running the currently newest version on Sierra.

Please provide detailed information about the app's version, version of your OS, and hardware (tip: click apple in main menu > holt opt key > system information)

This happened for me this morning, just like #377.

I have this same problem intermittently (including right now, thus why I'm posting). Refreshing, reloading, rebooting, reinstalling don't seem to fix. I can't recall a specific thing in the past that allowed it to start working again when this has occurred, but I'll update if I figure something out.
