Set minimum window width #425

The Messenger UI is responsive up to a minimum width of 500px. Making the window more narrow than that starts clipping content. Might be nice to set the minimum width of the window.

Heh. Facebook keeps changing the minimum width and we keep changing the minimum width. The eternal cycle of maintenance!
