fixed check_snmp_ilo4 to work with snmpv2 #14

The community string was not being passed as a parameter to the netsnmp.Session constructor as this wasn't working with snmpv2

thanks for the fix. seems that this issue is also at least in the idrac plugin. will check the other plugins.
