NVCUVID is deprecated and has been removed from Readme, but having it in the CMake config causes people to enable it which causes problems Specifying the GPU arch drastically speeds up the build, source - https://answers.opencv.org/question/5090/why-opencv-building-is-so-slow-with-cuda/?answer=5095#post-id-5095

Too much free time on my hands right now :) Few people I know were using the scripts to setup their system, that led to encountering bugs and trying to fix them as usual
