Added cpu-frequency indicator applet #83

Default profile is set to powersave mode to reduce laptop heating when using Ubuntu. Also works on Desktops.

Makes sense to keep it on powersave, should we add a note in the Readme about this?

Edit: Well, Readme note probably won't be of much use, since there anyways will be an applet, upto you

As can be seen from https://travis-ci.org/github/rsnk96/Ubuntu-Setup-Scripts/jobs/681572113, cpufreq-info as it is right now doesn't print any info since it's inside execute Don't think details about CPU freq will be very useful, but doesn't matter much

Using indicator-cpufreq here will fail in Travis since it's a GUI, and requires manual intervention from the user to actually proceed further. It should start by itself on the next boot, so I don't think that should be added to the script
