Makes sense to keep it on powersave

Don't think details about CPU freq will be very useful, but doesn't matter much
Using indicator-cpufreq
here will fail in Travis since it's a GUI, and requires manual intervention from the user to actually proceed further. It should start by itself on the next boot, so I don't think that should be added to the script
Default profile is set to powersave mode to reduce laptop heating when using Ubuntu. Also works on Desktops.
