Add asyncio, pending alarm state, zone dataclasses, gateway online, last activity, data push

I think everything is good. I just can't test anymore because ADT has blocked my web access. smh.

I might need your help with the hass portion. A lot of the stuff there seems to be from old HA versions.

Merging as a new major version, and we can lock HASS to the old version if there are issues while these are sorted out. Thanks for your contribution!
