Getting issue while deploy into Sandbox #12

I have new refresh sandbox and getting below mentioend error while deploy package. ![Uploading GitHub-Salesforce-Deploy-Tool Error.png…]()

I tried to deploy the package in a sandbox today and I got the same error.
