Windows 11 Removed tile backend support.

Make sure the reason it's not working on Windows 11 is only that.

Make sure live tiles are working on Windows 10.

if no tile, ccleaner clean dump: if no tile.zip

Win 10 All tiles working. * (except Status (Data Usage) tile. I guess they broke & forgot backend support. or maybe related to pkmon?)

guess they removed backend support for Win11 since it already is working for W10.
