complete resetting AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams didn't fix it.

same error is received when exiting new web olk outlook dogshit webview app

its also happening on chrome randomly when opening a new tab

It was HDR and Auto HDR.

WTF.

Disabled & fixed.

this was probably also the reason why snipping tool was washed out
