This change adds a new menu to the new gallery page, which provides the user with various actions that they can perform on the selected files. It includes all of the actions from the current gallery's menubar, but not all are yet implemented as some require backend development work and others -- such as the export flow -- require their own substantial rework that is best tackled separately.

a different theme colour so that the UI is more distinctive to the iRODS branding
an additional accessibility tip, describing the support for up to 200% zoom
on mobile and small windows, the sidebar now full closes and opens above all other content to prevent the page for overflow horizontally.
