RSDEV-270 Some improvements to the export dialog #82

This change makes a few stylistic changes to the export dialog to make it more consistent with the rest of the product, including

Replacing the 'X' in the top right corner, with a 'Cancel' button at the bottom
Make the dialog fullscreen on mobile devices
Arrange the initial radio buttons with a short label and a smaller explanation below, rather than all on the same line.

This change also makes the export dialog work on the new gallery
