feat: implement v2 with some major overhauls

went crazy with this one. Some notable differences:

• hex board (no frontend support)
• factory for deploying new games
• heart spawning with commit reveal scheme
• delegate the ownership to other addresses (does not care about eoa)
• bug fixes from v1
