Add Time Scales for Transaction History #41

Income and Expenses sort by: lifetime, this month, this week. Currently transaction history, only displays the past 7 days adding a lifetime and monthly option would be nice and I believe it would make the interface more consistent.

Good point, that'll come after #28 and maybe #32
