"Error on page" message when downloading excel file

Basic version of Google Define is showing an "error on page" error at the 
bottom of the screen when I try to download a file.

Please answer the questions in the template.  What version of Refine?  What 
browser?  What operating system?

Does it happen with all files or just one?  If just one, can you provide us 
with a copy of the file for testing?
