issue: Fuel Script #12

When you have above, or below 65 fuel, when your repair your vehicle enough times whilst driving it, your fuel will become 65%.

Steps to reproduce the behavior: Spawn a car, look at Fuel gauge bottom left

  1. Go to 'F1 menu'
  2. Click on 'Vehicle options'
  3. Scroll down to 'Repair Vehicle'
  4. See error

Expected behavior Fuel should be the same when you repair vehicle

spamming repair will always bump fuel to 65% being that it is default
