Follow up of PR #52.

Brings further updates to .rst files in docs/

corrected more typos
fixed indentation in asyncStream code example
added/fixed more hyperlinks
renamed CallChainAsyncSubst to CallChainAsyncShiftSubst
updated copyright date in file conf.py (automatic update)
