Settings: show overdue toggle #32

Please explain why we have 'show overdue inspection hydrants (all others hidden)' and the 'hydrants needing inspection' toggle on the settings page? With my testing I am finding that the user needs to have both on to see overdue. I don't see any difference when I toggle the show overdue. How is this supposed to work?

When I add another new hydrant and go to photos, the information from the last photo is still displayed. addphoto2

The hydrants overdue for inspection layer needs to be added to the hydrants map service as the 4th layer for this to work (should draw at all scales)
