Hydrant related map services went bye bye #34

With the replacement of dev WA_NET with the one from prod, it looks like the related map services no longer are available. (hydrants, Hydrants_Needing_Inspection & nw).
Could you recreate them and verify they work? And in the Hydrants service, no longer use WA_Hydrants_dev ... instead point the layers that were using it to WA_Hydrants. (and that might be a pain bc of the view and join)

Actually when I restarted AGS and the services were not started, I went to http://10.1.65.43:6080/arcgis/manager/# and started them manually from there and they worked, but the request still applies.
