Origin: changes to Origin drop down #100

On the investigation details, for the Origin drop down make the following changes: 1) Change 'CityWorks' to 'Cityworks' 2) Remove 'Gwynns Falls Watershed Association'

In http://vm-1108s08/pstwebapi/index.aspx the origin drop down now has a blank line where an item was removed. originblank

Removed blank line myself. Ready to migrate to COB environments.
