Reports: Complaints report unable to view printable reports - missing SP_PST_Complaints #159

After generating report, click on the view printable report button and get the error below. An error has occurred during report processing. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Could not find stored procedure 'SP_PST_Complaints'.

Also missing SP_PST_INVESTIGATIONS, since get a similar error on PST Sheets report.

should work now (the stored procedures existed, but with gis_admin having lower permissions in prod, I needed to create them in the DBO schema)

Verified for Complaints report. Get 502 error intermittently on the PST Sheets report.
