Investigation detail: tab after drop down takes you to top field #85

In the Investigation details screen after selecting a drop down and hitting the tab take user to the top field on the screen. Is the screen user cannot tab all the way to each field. Once a user encounters a field with a drop down box, the tab goes to the top field on the screen. Can the tab go to the next field on the screen instead? See screenshot below. tabfields
